We provide professional furniture cleaning (upholstery, mattresses, curtains) and domestic cleaning services through our trained technicians across England.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
Our services include deep fabric cleaning, stain removal, carpet and rug cleaning, mattress sanitisation, and general domestic cleaning. We use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions specifically designed for different fabrics and surfaces.
While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, particularly old, set-in stains or those caused by certain substances that may have caused permanent fabric damage.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service delivery, customers agree to:
- Provide clear access to the property and items requiring cleaning
 - Clear the areas to be cleaned of personal items and valuables

7. Service Standards and Results

10. Service Timeframes

While we strive to meet scheduled times, we cannot guarantee specific completion times due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings may be cancelled without charge with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge based on technician scheduling impact.
Regular cleaning schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice, subject to technician availability.
12. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed in your service arrangement. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and card payments. Payment is typically required upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged for regular clients.
Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received and may incur administrative charges.
13. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
We aim for complete customer satisfaction with our services. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address legitimate concerns promptly, which may include re-cleaning affected areas where appropriate.
Complaints should be directed to our customer service team for proper documentation and resolution.
14. Regular Cleaning Arrangements
For ongoing cleaning arrangements, either party may terminate the service with 2 weeks' written notice. Service frequency and scope may be adjusted with mutual agreement and appropriate notice.
Price reviews for regular services occur annually or when significant changes to service scope are requested.
15. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
